Join us at St. Paul’s in Oakland (right by Lake Merritt). We’ll meet in the chapel off Bay St. You can park anywhere near St. Paul’s, including in the Veterans Hall lot across the street or in the loading zone in front of the main church on Montecito. Just follow the St. Lucy’s signs until you find us!

What to expect? Our liturgy is pulled primarily from the Book of Common Prayer and includes prayers, communal singing, conversation, candles, incense, reflection on Scripture, the Eucharist/communion, kids, and food. Everyone is invited to hang out after the service is over to have some drinks, finish the bread from the Eucharist, and eat the rest of the kid’s dinner. Dress? Super casual: feel good/look good. Participation? Do as you will, not as you won’t.

Fall Launch At this particular service we’ll celebrate the launch of the fall (even while the Autumn equinox isn’t for another month). Kids and adults are welcome to bring backpacks, laptops, pens, notebooks, planners, etc. that signify a return to the normalcy of the year, post-summer to be blessed for the year ahead.
